We Will Repay Party for Its Benevolent Loving Care 

Several years ago, I and my wife volunteered to work at the socialist farm true to the intention of the Party.

When we decided to be a farmer, we used to worry about the farm work and rural life which we had never experienced.

However, it was needless anxiety.

At that time, the officials of the farm and other farmers sincerely helped us and not long ago, we became the owner of a new cosy house like the others.

On the day of moving into the new house, we were so impressed.

The new house with a sunny aspect is really splendid; it has the kitchen with convenient fixtures, bathroom with clean running water and cosy rooms.

Enjoying the happy life at the new house, we feel deep gratitude to the Party which holds the ordinary farmers in public esteem.

We will be the genuine patriotic farmers who repay the Party’s benevolent love with bumper harvest.

Discharged Soldier’s Home Village 

On the day of returning to home village after military service, I wondered at the face-lifted village.

My home village has changed beyond recognition.

After a long search, I could find my house with the doorplate showing my father’s name.

That day my father told me in tears about the benevolent love of the state which provided the ordinary farmers with such splendid houses.

Frankly speaking, during the military service, I would hear the news that new houses were built in many villages across the country; when hearing the news, I impatiently waited for my home village to be face-lifted.

But the houses built in my village were much more splendid than I imagined during the military service.

On the day of returning home, I looked round the village full of happy laughter all night, keeping in mind the Party’s loving care for the farmers.

That day I determined to be a patriotic farmer who repays the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un’s loving care with rich harvest.

The picturesque village encourages me to lead a faithful life for the motherland.

Honor of High-yielding Farmer at New House 

I am one of the blessed; as I moved to new house thanks to the benevolence of the Party and furthermore had the honor of high-yielding farmer last year.

I have contented with doing farming with farm materials and farm machines provided by the country, a mere duty of farmer; however, I became the owner of a new dwelling house and received much distribution share under the love of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un. I don’t doubt that I am the happiest.

Several months have already passed since the housewarming, but I wonder if it is only a dream. Farmers whose children undergo military service send letters with photos of their new wonderful houses to their children and spend the night talking about farming.

Whenever entering the new dwelling house, I all the more realize the great love the Party bestows on us, farmers.

The benevolent Party’s love is nutrient of our farmers’ lives.

Love should be followed by repayment.

The new dwelling house makes me keep in mind the consciousness of devotional service for the country and live as a sincere agricultural worker. Therefore, I don’t feel tired of working.

I will do farming well and reap bumper harvest without fail this year, too.
