The 16th Symposium on Architectural Aesthetics took place at the Sci-Tech Complex here on Wednesday.

Present there were Sim Yong Hak, chairman of the Central Committee of the Architects Union of Korea, and officials and technicians in the field of construction including architectural design, industrial design, construction and inspection.

Speeches were made.

Speakers said that the Hwasong area and the Kangdong General Greenhouse Complex were successfully built as model edifices for socialist civilization under the wise guidance of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and referred to the theoretical and practical issues for thoroughly applying the Party’s idea on Juche-based architectural aesthetics in rural construction and construction of regional-industry factories.

They expressed their determination to fulfill their responsibility and duty in the construction work for bringing radical change in the appearance of the country under the leadership of the Party Central Committee which is translating the people’s ideal into reality.
