Agricultural workers of the Sonsang Farm under the North Phyongan Provincial Rural Economy Committee of the DPRK moved into the new dwelling houses when the socialist cultural villages and people’s ideal villages are being built one after another in different parts of the country.

The new village, which has been built like a picturesque in the suburb of Sinuiju City, the border gateway city, is another entity showing the development of our countryside changing day by day.

Present at the ceremony for moving into new houses on Sunday were Pak Song Chol, chief secretary of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, and officials, builders and agricultural workers in the city.

Ri Yong Chol, chairman of the North Phyongan Provincial People’s Committee, made a congratulatory speech.

Licenses for the use of the houses were handed over and speeches were made.

At the end of the ceremony, a cheerful dancing party was given, and officials visited the families of the working people who moved into new houses to share joy with them.
