The Chongjin Tractor Accessory Factory has made good successes conducive to realization of mechanization of agriculture.

True to the Party’s intention regarding the improvement of the people’s living standard as the most important affair, officials and working class of the factory produce the motors of various uses necessary for the socialist rural areas.

Senior officials of the North Hamgyong Provincial Rural Economy Committee took the position at the production site and took innovative measures for promptly supplying the materials needed in producing the motors.

And they paid primary attention to improving the capacity of the motor on a higher stage by widely introducing new producing methods relying on advanced science and technology.

The officials, fully aware that it is the most importance in the motor production to ensure the quality of its accessories, held fast to inventing rational durable equipment as a main key to improving the quality of the motors, concentrating big efforts to realizing it.

The workers and technicians of the factory solved the difficult sci-tech problems and completed the designing of durable equipment suited to our real conditions in close cooperation with the research force of Chongjin University of Mining and Metallurgical Engineering, thus succeeding in manufacturing 10-odd kinds of durable equipment.

On the basis of it, they built heat-treatment furnace and carburizer equipped with PLC with their own efforts and technology.

Now those of the factory are waging continuous struggle for producing more motors of various uses necessary for the socialist countryside.
