Unforgettable Story about His Devotion to People

Politics 2024.5.22.

Why He Was So Pleased

In May Juche 103(2014), the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un inspected a factory which was manufacturing the products badly needed for development of the country’s economy.

Saying that he came to the factory thinking of Chairman Kim Jong Il who had promised to often visit it, the respected General Secretary highly praised the production success that the working people of the factory had achieved for 30-odd years upholding the Party.

That day, looking round a newly-arranged production process, he expressed his satisfaction.

The production process, which consisted of four production lines, was managed automatically by computers.

Seeing them, the respected General Secretary said with pleasure that the workers were wholly free from harmful labor.

Looking up to the General Secretary who was so pleased with the fact that the working people of the factory could work in a hygienic and cultured way, the officials cherished deep in mind his noble intention that providing the working people with better working conditions is more important than the production.

Indicating Shortcut to Innovation

In June Juche 102(2013), the respected General Secretary visited the Pyongyang Essential Foodstuff Factory.

Greeting him, the officials of the factory were surprised; because even the commanding officers of the Korean People’s Army were accompanying him.

At first, they wondered why the commanding officers accompanied the respected General Secretary, but then they understood that reason when they watched a video showing the remodeling of the factory.

When the video was showing the process for paving the soybean paste in 50kg barrels, an official informed him that the paving process was established in our style by technicians of the factory as well as teachers and researchers of Kim Chaek University of Technology.

Then the respected General Secretary highly praised their success and instructed that all units should exchange experiences as the factory did, but not build the wall of departmentalism.

That day, the respected General Secretary told the officials that he would give field guidance with a company of relevant officials to let them exchange good experiences with each other.

Hearing his instructions, the officials determined to wage a brisk campaign for swapping experience, overtaking and learning from others.
