Sinchon County makes success in rice-transplantation; the farms in the county put efforts into ensuring full operation of farm machines and transplanted rice seedlings in a scientific way.

Phyongwon County puts efforts into ensuring quality of rice-transplantation; the farms in the county push ahead with rice-transplantation on the basis of analyzing the conditions of farm machines and weather change.

The agricultural workers of Kwaksan County strive to ensure the quality of rice-transplantation and increase the working ratio of rice-seedling transplanters.

Hamju County intensifies the work for improving the technical skills of the drivers of rice-seedling transplanters and securing the spare parts for the farm machines.

Hongwon County encourages the agricultural workers to wage brisk emulation; meanwhile the agricultural workers, with enthusiasm for reaping a bumper harvest this year, do farming as required by the Juche methods of farming.
