The agricultural workers of the Kochang Vegetable Farm in Chollima District, Nampho Municipality of the DPRK, have become the owners of the new houses.

Cozy hundreds of houses have been built so as to preserve the regional characteristics and added to landscaping. They are edifices associated with the devoted efforts of officials and working people in Chollima District who have displayed their enthusiasm of loyalty and patriotism, true to the noble intention of the Workers’ Party of Korea to provide the agricultural workers with civilized living conditions and environment.

Present at a ceremony for moving into new houses were Jo Yong Su, secretary of the Nampho Municipal Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, officials of the Party and power organs in Chollima District, officials and employees of the units which contributed to the construction and agricultural workers.

Song Sung Chol, chairman of the Nampho Municipal People’s Committee, made a congratulatory speech.

The villages were in a festive mood and officials visited the families of agricultural workers to congratulate them on their moving into new houses.
