A meeting took place at gymnasium of the extracurricular sports school in Taedonggang District, Pyongyang on Saturday to mark the June 1 International Children’s Day.

Attending it were Yun Chang Il, chairman of the Central Committee of the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled, officials concerned, children with disability, children of Tongmun Kindergarten No. 2 in Taedonggang District, nurses, kindergarten teachers, the children’s parents, foreign guests and overseas compatriots staying here.

At the meeting, Song Hyang Chun, the rector of the Korean Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disability, delivered a speech. Then there took place an art performance and sports and amusement games of the children with disability and the children of kindergartens.
