Peerlessly Great Men and June Sixth Children’s Day

Politics 2024.6.6.

The June Sixth Children’s Day is the holiday for the Korean Children’s Union(KCU) members who are training themselves into reliable reserves and future pillars needed for the building of a powerful socialist country.

The June Sixth Children’s Day conveys the noble outlook on the rising generations of the peerlessly great men who loved most our children and bestowed favors on them.

On June 6, Juche 50(1961), there took place the joint national meeting of the Korean Children’s Union organizations in celebration of its 15th birth anniversary.

That day, President Kim Il Sung shared the joy with the schoolchildren who participated in the meeting from morning till night.

And on June 6, Juche 83(1994) in the last period of his life, he sent a congratulatory letter to the participants in the 5th Congress of the KCU and had a significant photo session with them.

Chairman Kim Jong Il, who spared nothing for our children, gave instructions to splendidly organize the event for celebrating 20th founding anniversary of the KCU and display fireworks, while repeatedly guiding schedules for the event.

The noble outlook on the rising generations of the President and the Chairman is inherited by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

On June 6, Juche 101(2012), the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un made a congratulatory speech at the venue for celebrating 66th founding anniversary of the KCU and enjoyed an artistic performance with over 20 000 model members of the KCU.

In June Juche 102(2013), the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un had a photo session with the participants in the 7th Congress of the KCU and next year, he visited Mangyongdae Revolutionary School to congratulate its students on the occasion of the KCU founding anniversary.

Indeed, our KCU members are growing up to be reserves of socialist builders with nothing to envy in the world under the warm care of the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un.
