Kangwon Province is pushing ahead with the construction of an up-to-date sci-tech library consisting of an e-book reading room, virtual reality room, social science book reading room and the like.

The construction of the library with a total floor space of thousands of square meters has entered its final stage.

The province pays special attention to ensuring quality of construction.

Shortly ago, for instance, its officials pointed out the defects in the entrance and the main lobby and saw to it that they were done in a way peculiar to the sci-tech dissemination center.

The builders have wound up the foundation work and frame work in a short span of time and now apply themselves to interior and exterior construction.

Meanwhile, efforts are made to create landscape and pave the roads around the library.

The province also prepares a complete set of various information equipment and fixtures.
