Rearranged Lounge

One October day ten years ago, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited Pyongyang Baby Home and Pyongyang Orphanage which were built on the bank of the picturesque Taedong River.

Enjoying a bird’s eye view of the baby home and orphanage, he said with a broad smile on his face that such splendid paradise for children would be found no more in the world and he was very pleased as if he had picked up a star from the sky.

Going round the baby home, he instructed accompanying officials to cover the floor of lobby with rubber sheets to protect the children from their slip; and in a playroom, he advised to set a LCD TV onto the center of front wall.

That day, he dropped in at a lounge which was arranged for triplets’ parents and others to see their children.

Then, the lounge was furnished with chairs around a table.

Seeing them, the respected General Secretary specified the drawback with it and instructed that something like sofas should be placed at sides of both walls to make the parents and children sit together and talk to each other.

After his visit to the baby home, the lounge was rearranged as he had instructed.

Indeed, the respected General Secretary is the benevolent father who provides our children with a wonderful paradise and devotes his parental affection to them.

Folding Chair Telling His Loving Care for People

The following happened when the respected General Secretary inspected a trial run for the newly-manufactured metro car.

Giving detailed instructions to accompanying officials on designing the passenger car, he suddenly touched a chair in the compartment.

Then he instructed that folding chairs should be equipped in the passenger car in order for passengers to stand a baby carriage or a pushcart in it, and specified that it would be better to arrange the folding chairs in some legs of the compartment than to put them along the whole leg of it.

He added that there might be numbers of people who take baby carriages or pushcarts with them in the subway.

Looking up to the General Secretary who always thinks of the people, the officials affirmed what he said.

That day, the respected General Secretary guided the trial run till late at night stressing that we should make the metro car a world-level one.

Afterwards, the metro car was equipped with folding chairs together with custom symbols and it offers conveniences to passengers who take the baby carriages and pushcarts with them in the subway.
