Material and spiritual support to the sports sector is getting brisk in the DPRK.

Officials and employees of the Guidance Bureau of Public Catering Service, the Korea International Sports Travel Company and other units donated training equipment, nutritive food, necessities, etc. to the weightlifters and coaches who have proven successful in international games.

Officials of the Foreign Trade Bank paid a congratulatory visit to the family of a gymnast who won in several international games.

The Myohyang Trade Bureau, the Taehung Trading Guidance Bureau, the Pyongyang Information Technology Bureau and other units sent materials and latest data on sports science and technology to the footballers and wrestlers.

The Ministry of Food Procurement and Administration, the Ministry of Land and Environment Protection, the Ministry of Coal Industry, the Ministry of Machine-building Industry, the State Inspection Commission, the Ponghwa Trade Bureau and the Bureau for Affairs with Diplomatic Corps provided equipment and materials necessary for the management and operation of sports facilities.
