Jagang Province in the DPRK built the provincial quality analytical institute and the Kanggye Riding Club.

The analytical institute has test rooms equipped with various kinds of equipment and experimental apparatuses necessary for product inspection and measurement as well as sci-tech learning space, cultural and welfare facilities.

The riding club has all conditions and circumstances necessary for riding exercise and education.

Present at their inaugural ceremonies were Kang Yong Chol, secretary of the Jagang Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, officials concerned, builders, working people in Kanggye City and employees of the institute and the club.

Kim Yong Chun, chairman of the Jagang Provincial People’s Committee, made inaugural addresses.
