The noble spirit of helping and caring for one another is high displayed among the officials and employees of the Manpho City Building Maintenance Station.

The station has a register book titled "Our Worksite, Our Collective" and many positive examples showed by its officials and employees are recorded in it.

The following story is among the stories telling their examples.

One winter day, the station was lighted late at night; the employees were waiting for their official and technicians.

When the official and technicians arrived at the station, they were very touched.

In fact, they returned a long way to secure facilities needed for construction without informing the employees of their departure.

However, the employees awaited them late at night; and when they arrived, the employees welcomed them with kindred affection serving with hot water and rich dishes.

Such a case is ordinary at the station.

For an employee’s wedding, they prepared with parental affection living necessaries for a new household; on a parentless employee’s birthday, they gave a birthday party in their parents’ stead.

This noble spirit of helping and caring for one another leads the station to make successes in its work and establish cultured ways in life.
