The Sariwon Schoolchildren’s Footwear Factory was newly built and inaugurated in the DPRK.

The modernly-equipped factory will supply on a regular basis quality and diverse sports shoes and other shoes to the schoolchildren in the province.

An inaugural ceremony took place on the spot on Thursday.

Present there were Pak Chang Ho, chief secretary of the North Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, officials in the province, builders and employees of the factory.

Kim Son Il, chairman of the North Hwanghae Provincial People’s Committee, made an inaugural address to be followed by speeches.

On the same day, officials in the province visited the remodeled North Hwanghae Provincial Medicine Management Office.
