New modern dwelling houses were built at Karim and Kusul farms in Hwaphyong County, Jagang Province of the DPRK.
The new houses, built to well match the landscape of the scenic Ogasan Nature Reserve and preserve the topographic features of the region, represent the benevolence of the Workers’ Party of Korea for providing the agricultural workers with rich and civilized living conditions.
Present at the celebration ceremony were Kang Yong Chol, secretary of the Jagang Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials, agricultural workers and builders in Hwaphyong County. A congratulatory speech was made by Kim Yong Chun, chairman of the provincial people’s committee.
A license for the use of house was handed over to every new owner and speeches were made.
Then, a performance and dancing party were given and officials congratulated the working people who move into new modern houses.
Happy laughter was heard at every house in the ideal socialist villages of the mountainous region.
