Scientific and technological achievements have been made at different units of the DPRK

The Jongju Chicken Institute and the Jongju Poultry Biological Medicine Institute under the Academy of Poultry Science laid another foundation for increasing the production of quality eggs and chicken.

The Rangnang District Building Management Station developed a new cement mortar waterproof agent, which is lower in manufacturing cost and simple in usage than organic waterproof agent.

The Ryugyong Dental Hospital developed a dental material effective in the treatment.

Those achievements were registered as national sci-tech successes.
