The construction of efficient silo-type coal storehouses is progressing apace at coal mines in the DPRK.

The Hoean Youth Coal Mine set a plan to complete the construction of silo-type coal storehouse in a short span of time and has pushed ahead with it while solving technical problems. 90 percent of its construction project has been already carried out.

The Tukjang Youth Coal Mine reset the capacity of the storehouse 1.2 times higher than the original one and has accelerated its construction by exploring internal reserves.

The February 8 Jikdong Youth Coal Mine and the Kaechon Coal Mine are stepping up the concrete tamping of frames while ensuring the construction quality at a high level.
