The Kanggye Veterinary and Preventive Medicine Factory was built and inaugurated in Jagang Province of the DPRK.

The completion of the factory, equipped with modern production facilities, provides another foundation for the development of livestock farming in the province.

An inauguration ceremony took place on the spot on Jan. 16.

Present there were Jon Yong Sop, secretary of the Jagang Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, officials of the provincial rural economy committee, builders, employees of the factory and working people in Kanggye City.

Tokgo Kon, vice-chairman of the Jagang Provincial Rural Economy Committee, addressed the ceremony.
