A new lodging quarter for sportspersons has been built in the sports village of South Phyongan Province in the DPRK.

The lodging quarter is equipped with enough conditions and environment convenient for the living of sportspersons, including bedrooms, dinning halls and table-tennis court.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un examined a layout of the sports village in the province and took a measure for building a modern lodging quarter of sportspersons.

An inauguration ceremony of the lodging quarter took place on June 19.

Present there were Jang Ki Chol, secretary of the South Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, officials concerned, builders, employees of the lodging quarter and sportspersons.

Ri Song Bom, chairman of the South Phyongan Provincial People’s Committee, made an inaugural address.
