All the people across the country, who significantly greeted the 76th founding anniversary of the Korean People’s Army (KPA), are filled with deep trust in the army which has recorded the precious name of the defender of the country and creator of the people’s happiness in the long journey of the Juche revolution.

An endless stream of people visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun, the sacred temple of Juche, where President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il lie in state.

Servicepersons, working people, youth and students visited the statues of the great leaders on Mansu Hill and their statues and the mosaics depicting their smiling images across the country to lay floral baskets, bouquets and flowers before paying tribute to them.

Many working people, youth and students visited the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum, paid high tribute to the Monument to the Fatherland Liberation War Martyrs.

Art performances were given in Pyongyang, South Phyongan Province, South Hamgyong Province, Nampho Municipality and other parts of the country.

On the same day, many officials, working people, youth and students across the country visited families of war veterans to share the feelings of kinship with them.

Public catering establishments, the Central Zoo, the Natural History Museum, the Munsu Water Park and other service establishments across the country were crowded with visitors.
