Chongdo Sea Cave, Natural Monument

The Chongdo Sea Cave is situated in a hill on the coast of Hongwon.
The hill consists of cataclasite of granite.
The Chongdo Sea Cave looks like a half-moon. The length of the cave is about 10m and sea water fills about 20 square meters of the cave. The width of the cave 12m and its height 9m.
The Chongdo Sea Cave is of scientific significance and it is adding to the beauty of the seashore scenery.
