Amid a series of housewarming celebrations in Komdok area whose looks have undergone a radical change, people moved into new houses in Ryongchon-dong of Tanchon City in South Hamgyong Province of the DPRK.

The new village, where hundreds of modern houses have been built to give a facelift to the mine city, is precious fruition of the devoted efforts and warm loving care of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for the people and an epitome of the eye-opening development of the country prospering with the people-first principle.

A celebration meeting took place on the spot on Monday.

Present there were Hwang Myong Chol, vice-chairman of the South Hamgyong Provincial People’s Committee, officials and workers of the General Bureau of the Tanchon Area Mining Industry and the Ryongchon Mine and inhabitants.

A congratulatory speech was made.

Licenses for the use of the houses were handed over to be followed by speeches.

Officials congratulated the people moving into the new houses, giving them daily necessities.
