Leader’s leadership is a fundamental guarantee for all victories. The seasoned and veteran leadership determines the way of revolutionary development in all periods and phases, strengthens the motive force and performs the miracle in which adversity is turned to good account. Success or failure of the revolution and destiny of the country and nation depends on leadership of the leader.

The leadership of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un is science and truth as well as victory. This is an iron truth our people kept deep mind again through the fierce struggle in the first half of this year in which they achieved laudable successes in all aspects of Party building, defence of the national interests, economic construction and civilization while overcoming difficulties with initiative and active struggle under the seasoned and veteran leadership of the respected General Secretary.

The imposing reality of our country which gets stronger and face-lifts day after day is unthinkable without the devotional leadership of the respected General Secretary who puts the promotion of people’s well-being forward as his lifetime mission and leads the Korean-style socialist construction vigorously.

Under the superior wisdom and wise leadership of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un, our people have built wonderful streets of civilization, performed grandiose change in regional development and achieved clear increase in production in economic construction in high spirit of sure victory despite the difficulties. Through those successes, our people cherished it as the iron faith once again that the leadership of the respected General Secretary is the banner of sure victory.

All the Party members and working people who received great trust of the respected General Secretary are now full of enthusiasm for carrying forward the history of development of the Republic with eternal dignity, glory and prosperity under the leadership of the Party.

The respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un, in his concluding speech at the Tenth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Party Central Committee, said that we should fully demonstrate the country’s inexhaustible development capability and spirit of advance by successfully attaining the planned goals through a dynamic struggle in the second half of this year to provide a reliable practical guarantee for implementing the decisions of the Eighth Party Congress with stronger confidence in our cause and the prospects of our struggle and indicated the detailed tasks and ways arising in conducting the work of implementing them in a prospective, fore-sighted and methodological way.

The outstanding leadership of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un is the great strength that brings about the miracle of history! This is an unshakable faith of all the Party members and other people.

Our people surely will make this year a year of new changes which would be specially recorded in the history of our country under the wise leadership of the Workers’ Party of Korea and will accelerate the advance toward the bright future by dint of absolute loyalty to the leader, unshakable faith in the victory of socialism and self-reliance.

Though the hardships and obstacles continue to face us, and however vast the tasks are, our people will open up the new phase of upsurge in state development with indomitable offensive under the leadership of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un.
