Unsan County in North Phyongan Province has built a technical company and paid attention to enhancing its role so as to create and generalize good experience in rural housing construction.

Similar activities are conducted in Nampho Municipality and Jagang, North Hamgyong, South Phyongan and Ryanggang provinces.
