The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent a birthday spread to Kim Chae Bok, a woman centenarian living in the neighborhood unit No. 2 of Hau-ri, Myonggan County of North Hamgyong Province.

Born into a poor peasant family before the liberation of Korea, Kim Chae Bok experienced the grief of being a member of a stateless nation. She could lead a genuine life in happiness only after President Kim Il Sung liberated the country.

She, who had worked hard for agricultural production for decades, let her more than 10 children stand guard at the posts for national defence and did good things for society and collective even after becoming a pensioner.

Officials of the Myonggan County Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea and villagers congratulated the family on the auspicious event.
