He saw the exhibited products at its sample room and asked how many kinds of goods the factory was producing.
Being told about it, he expressed his satisfaction at the variety of products saying that how good it was to see the prosperous and activated factory.
After a while, he appreciated that a newly-developed product was wrapped in a diverse and cultured way and warmly said that all of them displayed in the sample room were the fruition of painstaking efforts of officials and employees of the factory.
The factory’s officials were so moved receiving the respected General Secretary’s high appreciation.
While going round the production sites that day, the respected General Secretary witnessed the fact that the production facilities stuffed even the corridor due to the enterprising manager’s desire and highly praised that it was a good desire to work more.
That day the official of the factory renewed the determination to become enterprising servant of the people, thus giving greater pleasure to the respected General Secretary.
His love and trust are shown for a lot of persons.
When he went to a silk mill, he kindly called its manager an enterprising person and warmly instructed that the manager should pay due attention to providing better living conditions for workers and then the result would be proved with growth of production and success in production.
