Grand performances were given by schoolchildren’s brass bands in Yongung Street and at the Arch of Triumph Plaza on July 25 and 26 to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.

The performances began with the play of the song "Holiday of Great War Victory". The songs played by performers highly praised the exploits of the great leader Generalissimo Kim Il Sung who led the Fatherland Liberation War to victory.

They played wartime songs with fine and impressive melodies, representing the firm spirit of defenders of the country in the 1950s of the wartime songs.

The performances demonstrated the will of the young successors to follow the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un under the unfurled flag of the children’s union and shoulder the future of the country with the pride of being the young masters of the great power, the prestige and glory of which were put on their height by the victorious wartime generation at the cost of their lives.
