Culture 2024.7.29.

A stamp exhibition is going on with splendor in the DPRK to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.

In this regard, Pak Chol, head of the State Stamp Bureau, said that the exhibition’s theme was that the history of great war victory did not come to an end with the severe three-year-long Fatherland Liberation War and it has been invariably carried forward despite the passage of over 70 years.

While listening to his explanation about the stamps conducted by him, we paid attention to arrangement of the stamps.

Those showing the feats of President Kim Il Sung performed in the periods from the first stage to the fourth stage of the Fatherland Liberation War are displayed there divided into clear sections according to each stage, thus enabling visitors to understand about the wisdom of leadership and personality of the President who won the great victory with his outstanding and unique strategies and tactics.

All the stamps are witnesses of history making them keenly feel the fact that the proud history of war could be brought on this land by the leadership of President Kim Il Sung, the ever-victorious iron-willed commander and extraordinary great men.

Also the stamps show the undying feats of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un who adds lustre to the history of the great war of Juche Korea with irreversible great power which gives the DPRK people the eternal victory and the hostile forces the disgrace and defeat.

Meanwhile, displayed there are stamps of various kinds collected by philatelists in Pyongyang.
