Officials and working class in the machine-building industry sector have violently waged the mass-based technical innovation movement for attaining the reinforcement and readjustment goals of the production foundation true to the decisions of the 9th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

In particular, the Taean Heavy Machine Complex, a leading machine-building base of the country, has concentrated its efforts on the technical innovation work for raising the production capacity and processing accuracy of the existing equipment.

The officials of the complex have intensified the operations and guidance for fully carrying out the reinforcement and readjustment goals as planned for this year.

Even under the intense conditions due to the current production, they proposed the rational plans for remodeling the large-size equipment in a technical way and have showed stubborn executive ability for it.

The Ranam Coal-mining Machine Factory has hastened the technical work for retrieving large-capacity electric furnace within this year.

Such technical innovation movements are witnessed in the Ryangchaek Bearing Factory and other units.
