Best Is Our Social System
I have adorable great-grandchildren.
Whenever dairy products and various fruits are provided to not only kindergarteners but also newborn babies, I find myself lost deep in thought.
I had my first baby in Japan. The birth of my child brought my family no warm blessings. On the contrary, we were kicked out of the rented room because of the crying of the baby.
I had stayed at home barely one month after childbirth, when I went to work in an effort to make a living and secure money for childcare.
I had to send the baby to my mother who was living far away from me lest I get fired because of the baby.
When I went to see the baby once in a while, I shed tears endlessly with the sick and hungry baby in my bosom.
I can never forget it.
When we returned to our motherland, I was so surprised at the benefits granted by the state to women and felt so grateful for them. Under such benevolent love, I had several other children and brought them up well. Today, I have several great-grandchildren, too.
Indeed, there is no other social system which is as benevolent as ours in which children grow up healthily receiving dairy products, various fruits and confectioneries and even school supplies.
That’s why I always request my children to do more work for the good of the socialist country.

Whenever I Sign Register Book
My daughter, a nursery baby, has a dairy product supply book.
The amount of dairy product supplied and date of supply are recorded in the book. Also left are the signs of mothers as well as those of nurses.
There are already many signs in the book as the dairy product has been supplied every day including rest days and holidays.
The signs make me feel a lump in my throat.
There are many countries in the world but it is only ours which even takes care of the children’s nutritive conditions. Also, the word "dairy product supply book" does exist only in our country.
Therefore, we mothers call the dairy product supply book the register of love and ask to ourselves how much we try to repay the benevolence of the country whenever we put our signatures on the book.
I will devote all my strength and passion to the motherly country.
