A welcome speech of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un made before the flood victims who arrived in Pyongyang from North Phyongan, Jagang and Ryanggang provinces touches the heartstrings of people even now.

In his speech, he said that the trust placed in us by our people – this is the biggest and most valuable asset for the Workers’ Party of Korea which cannot be compared to any material wealth.

Herein lies the noble outlook on the people of the respected General Secretary who regards the trust of the people in the Party as the most precious asset and continuously makes selfless, devoted efforts for them.

Once the respected General Secretary, sitting in company with officials, recollected with deep emotion the history of revolutionary leadership of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il who had solved all the problems in their lifetime believing in the people and relying on them, saying as follows:

It is enough for me to gain trust from the people and I will live up to the people’s trust in me without fail.

He is none other than our respected General Secretary who possesses the world of noble trust at the highest level that can never be found in any biography of great men.

Only victory will be always in store for us as long as there is wise leadership of the respected General Secretary and the people who remain loyal to his leadership.
