Various agricultural guidance organs intensify the plan for increasing the area of sowed wheat seeds.

The Agricultural Commission set the target of increasing the area of sowed wheat seeds 1.2 times next year as against this year and takes active measures for carrying it out.

South Hwanghae Province scrupulously organizes the work to introduce superior species into new wheat cultivation areas and thoroughly establishes the system of supplying species to cities and counties.

North Phyongan Province sets the right time to sow seeds and intensifies the work to decide rational farming method. The province dispatches guiding officials to cities, counties and farms to conduct the survey on area appropriate for wheat farming and ensures that they conclude the relevant preparation ahead of seed sowing.

Similar successes are witnessed in other provinces including South Hamgyong, North Hwanghae and North Hamgyong provinces.
