Sincerity Devoted for Newcomers
Some time ago Kim Sung Chol, head of a workteam of the processing workshop No.2 of the Tongrim Mining Machine Plant, and Jong Ryong Hyon, its Party cell secretary, saw novices gathering in front of flash news board.
The novices envied them, seeing flash news giving wide publicity to innovators who carried out the urgent tasks in time in a qualitative way.
Looking at novices, Kim and Jong felt self-reproach that they failed to put much effort to heighten their skill.
Therefore the workteam determined that all the highly skilled workers transfer their skill and experiences to novices.
Not only the workteam members but also the junior officials of the workshop handed over the spare tools to the novices and strove to heighten their technical skill. As a result, their level of technical skill rose day by day and it led to successes in production.
The employees of the workshop, now, keeping in minds the collectivist slogan "One for All and All for One!", make collective innovations by helping and leading one another forward.
Devotion to Shock Brigade Members
One day in June at a time when the Jo Kun Sil Youth Shock Brigade members of the Sochang Youth Coal Mine were achieving innovative successes day after day in the high-speed tunneling competition held at the Wolbong Coal Mine, Ri Yong Gil, honorary member of the brigade and a female employee of the coal mine visited them.
She is well over seventy. Looking at her with lots of aid materials, the entire brigade members could hardly repressed their surprise and impression.
For the past decades she has devoted her sincerity for the collective; she presented birthday spread to veteran meritorious persons of the coal mine and enriched the diet of coal miners by raising over 100 pigs.
During those days she received benevolent gifts of the respected General Secretary
