In hearty response to the call of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK), service persons of the Korean People’s Army (KPA) have fully demonstrated the might of powerful revolutionary army in the construction sites of the regional-industry factories and the third-stage 10 000 Flats in Hwasong Area as well as in the struggle for recovery from flood damage.

"Let Us Set Excellent Examples in Vanguard of Struggle for Realizing Cherished Desire of Our Party!" -- this is the iron will and burning pledge of the soldiers of the 124th regiments of the KPA.

The non-permanent command team of the Ministry of National Defence for implementing the regional development 20×10 policy has meticulously organized and waged the operation and command in a mobile way for hastening the building date in keeping with the high zeal of the soldier-builders.

In particular, the team paid primary attention to raising their technical skills through demonstrations and technical short courses by each unit.

Amid the vigorous struggle for creating a new speed of construction and improving quality that is growing day by day in the regiments dispatched to each theaters, the day is coming nearer when the modern regional-industry factories, the first fruits of the Regional Development 20×10 Policy, will be completed.

The soldier-builders engaged in the construction of the third-stage 10 000 Flats in Hwasong Area, too, dashed forward to the day of completion while displaying the spirit of continuous innovation and advance.

Meanwhile, the service persons have performed new feats day by day in the recovery from the flood damage.

They made signal successes in the road rehabilitation extending hundreds of kilometers and the construction of many bridges.
