The Soccer Tournament for Torch Cup (men and women) came to a close. It started on August 1 to mark the Youth Day.

There were finals at the Kim Il Sung Stadium on Wednesday.

In men’s matches, the April 25 Team came first and the Ryomyong Team and the Amnokgang Team second and third respectively.

In women’s matches, the April 25 Team took the first place and the Pyongyang Team and the Naegohyang Team the second and third places respectively.

Trophy cups, medals and diplomas were awarded to the successful men’s and women’s football teams and the players who displayed high technique.
