The construction of sci-tech library is being promoted in South Hwanghae Province true to the intention of the Workers’ Party of Korea of making all the people well versed in science and technology.

Its frame work has already been finished and now the interior project makes headway.

The province has expanded the success while giving top priority to ensuring the quality of structures.

With the introduction of advanced working method, it organized the showing in a substantial way for raising the level of technicians and skilled workers and pays deep attention to further enhancing the role of execution fellows.

Meanwhile, officials and builders put spurs to carrying out their project task without fail.

Thanks to their devoted efforts, the day of completion of the library is approaching earlier.
