Wreaths Laid at Cemeteries and Graves of Martyrs and Memorial Towers

Wreaths were laid at the cemeteries and graves of martyrs and memorial towers of the fallen soldiers of the Korean People’s Army in different parts of the DPRK on September 8 on the occasion of the 76th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
Present at the wreath-laying ceremonies were officials of local Party and power organs and working people’s organizations, working people, youth and students and service personnel of the Korean People’s Army and the Public Security Forces.
Wreaths in the names of local Party and power organs, etc. and bouquets and flowers were placed at the cemeteries, graves of martyrs and the memorial towers.
The participants paid silent tribute to the memory of the martyrs.
