Kim Jong Un, president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, received a message of greeting from Joko Widodo, president of the Republic of Indonesia, on Sept. 1.

Extending his warm greetings and congratulations to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and the people of the DPRK on the occasion of its 76th birthday, the Indonesian president in the message said:

I am sure that the government and people of the DPRK will continue to dynamically advance toward the prosperous future in the spirit of its Foundation Day.

As a historic companion of the DPRK, Indonesia is ready to cooperate for the progress and prosperity of the two countries and for keeping the regional and global peace.
