New Houses Built in Pukchang County of DPRK

Politics 2024.9.17.

New villages have appeared at the Namsang Farm in Pukchang County, South Phyongan Province of the DPRK under the loving care of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

Those villages, arranged with new modern houses for several hundreds of families and covered with green foliage, show the appearance of our countryside developing into new socialist civilization.

There was a ceremony for moving into new houses with the attendance of Kim Man Jo, secretary of the South Phyongan Provincial Committee of the WPK, and officials, builders and agricultural workers in the county.

Kim Hyon Chol, vice-chairman of the provincial people’s committee, made a congratulatory address there. Then the licenses for using houses were conveyed and speeches made.

The villages were wrapped in a festive mood with the happy looks of agricultural workers, who received excellent houses free of charge all at once, and laughter of their children.
