Secret of Over-fulfilling Daily Plan
The following happened during mowing of the workteam No.2 of Kocham Farm, Myongchon County.
The head of the workteam Kim Myong Hak came to see Kim Kye Wol, a member of the workteam, helping another backward farmer. Kim Kye Wol was in a bad state of health; however, she, saying that muckheaps lead to rich harvest, took part in mowing.
When Kim Myong Hak recommended her for rest, she, saying that all the workteam members turned out to help others backward, hurried with her work on the contrary.
Thanks to Kim Kye Wol and other workteam members who helped others, the workteam produced far more piles of green hay. Looking at those piles, the workteam members realized once again that they can achieve big success in all works when the collective spirit of leading and helping one another forward prevails in the unit.
Worksite Full of Love and Affection
The Anju Railway Chemical Factory is well-known as an advanced unit not only in carrying out the national economic plan but also in establishing the cultured practices in production and hygiene though it is a small one.
The key to its fame lies in that all the officials and employees of the factory devote themselves to the factory and comrades prior to themselves.
Several days ago Pak Ryong Bom and An Chang Gun, officials of the factory, visited the families of the employees who volunteered for campaign to recover the flood damage and took care of their life with kindred affection. When they were informed that an employee was worrying about repair of house, they provided the employee with necessary materials.
Following their examples, the employees of the factory also displayed highly the spirit of regarding it as worthwhile and proud to devote themselves to the collective and comrades: a skilled worker volunteered to solve the technical problems arising in work while providing aid materials for the masses; an employee provided tools of his own accord.
As such warm comradeship and devotion for the collective prevail the unit, they came to perform innovations and feats.
With Single Mind and Purpose
One night not long ago, the family of Mun Chung Sim residing in the neighborhood unit No.14 of Thosong-dong No.3 in Rangnang District, could not sleep.
She recollected the loving care and devotion by the respected General Secretary
She felt guilty that she failed to fully discharge her duty as citizen of this land.

Her daughter suggested going to the flood-hit areas together. Mun and her daughter together have visited with aid materials the flood-hit areas including Taechong-ri, Unpha County and other construction sites. Mun was proud of her daughter.
So, the next day Mun and her daughter went to the flood-hit area and encouraged the people there.
Mun told the flood-hit people that we are all the members of the large socialist family stressing the need to overcome difficulties together.
Like this, such beautiful stories can be heard in all parts of this land overflowing with warm affection and virtue.
