New Houses Built in North Hwanghae Province of DPRK

Agricultural workers at the Wongyo Farm in Singye County, North Hwanghae Province of the DPRK, have moved into modern houses.

The newly-built villages adding beauty to the scenery of Miru Plain show well the development aspect of flourishing countryside in the era of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

Present at the ceremony for moving into new house were Mun Chang Il, secretary of the North Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials of the Party and power organs, builders and agricultural workers in the county.

Kim Il Hwan, vice-chairman of the provincial people’s committee, made an address. Then, licenses for the use of new houses were handed over to be followed by speeches.

When moving into new houses begun, the villages were wrapped in a festive mood with the happy laughter and song of agricultural workers.
