More Remains of Martyrs Buried at Patriotic Martyrs Cemetery in DPRK

Martyrs are immortalized in the DPRK thanks to the noble revolutionary obligation and comradely love of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who glorifies the feats of the revolutionary soldiers.

Among the martyrs is Prof. and Dr. Jo Sun Jo, former honorary professor of the Central Cadres Training School of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

She is a steadfast woman revolutionary who ensured the organizational and ideological strengthening of the Party and its leadership activities in educational practice, academically and theoretically and made a great contribution to training excellent reserve Party officials over the past four decades.

Choe Ryong Gyun, former secretary of the primary Party committee of the Central Zoo, was a faithful servant of the people who devoted his all to the work for glorifying forever the exploits of the peerlessly great men who made a ceaseless journey of devoted service to the people and contributing to the cultural and emotional life of the people.

Ryo Chun Sok, former vice department director of the Party Central Committee, made contributions to implementing the Party’s line with a high sense of responsibility for his duty. He had devoted himself to the strengthening of our Party and revolutionary armed forces.

The spirit of defending the leader unto death and the country displayed by former general officer Kim Hi Gwan and former officer Pak Ung Dok of the Korean People’s Army is still alive in the valiant ranks of the KPA officers and men.

Ceremonies for burying the remains of those martyrs took place at the Patriotic Martyrs Cemetery in Sinmi-ri on Friday.

The remains of the martyrs were buried at the graves.

The participants laid wreaths and bouquets at the graves and observed a moment’s silence in memory of the martyrs.
