This is the lofty will of the respected General Secretary who always devotes absolute and ardent affection to the honorable service to the people. Herein lies his intention that all the officials should display the spirit of sincerely and devotedly assisting the people in the afflicted areas and sharing joy and sorrow with them.
Not long ago, he personally guided on the spot the operation for rescuing the people who were isolated in the zones vulnerable to flooding, and visited the tents in which the flood victims were living temporarily to warmly console them and even took important measures unprecedented in history.
It is a mandatory obligation and top priority for our Party and our state to take full responsibility for the life and health of the people!
This is why the people’s happiness grows bigger day by day, advantages of our-style socialism admired by the world are clearly demonstrated and the inexhaustible might of the harmonious whole is fully displayed even in severe hardship which others would be unable to surmount.
