To Produce Perfect Result
In the past the researchers of our institute achieved fine results by waging vigorous scientific research works to perfectly carry out the main tasks set forth at the 8th Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea and the plenary meetings of the Party Central Committee.
We have concluded the research for improving the automation control system of the test furnace and the quality of lyocell fiber and solved the sci-tech problems arising in establishing the potassic composite fertilizer test production process. Such research successes are precious fruition which was brought about by noble loyalty of our researchers who make devoted efforts to turn the Party decisions into reality.
Now, the institute faces the vast main tasks vital in making substantial changes in development of the national economy and improvement of people’s living standards.
We, always keeping deep in our minds the great trust and expectation of the Party, will leave clear traces on today’s general advance by creating most perfect research result.

By Putting Spurs to Training Talents
It is our educators’ unanimous will to follow only our Party upholding the red flag of the Party and devote our wisdom and soul to training talents.
Now the research forces of our university positively take part in the modernization of the production processes of the Ryongsong Machine Complex and the Jonchon Rock-drill Factory true to the decisions of the plenary meetings of the Party Central Committee.
It is one of the important goals of our faculty to train all the teachers and researchers as able educators with rich experience and well-versed in latest science and technology through the practices.
As the leading official of the faculty, I will continuously put spurs to introducing innovations in the education while creatively launching the works for implementing the Party’s policy on education in order to train much more talents with creative and high practical capabilities demanded by our machine industry.
