The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent a birthday spread to Han Hyon Ok, a woman centenarian living in the people’s neighborhood unit No. 57 of Pidan-ri, Kumya County, South Hamgyong Province of the DPRK.

Officials of the Kumya County Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea and villagers visited her family to congratulate her.

She and her family and relatives were deeply impressed by the loving care shown by Kim Jong Un who sent a birthday spread even to an ordinary old woman.

Born into a poor peasant family before the liberation of Korea, she was subject to a fate as a stateless slave. She could lead a genuine life as the master of the country and the land only after President Kim Il Sung liberated the country.

After the Fatherland Liberation War, she devoted herself to her work to repay the benevolence of the Party, which takes warm care of the lives of the families of the fallen fighters, and brought up her children as pillars of the country.
