Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, and her party returned home on Wednesday after paying an official visit to the Russian Federation.

They were greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by Vice Foreign Minister Kim Jong Gyu and Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Alexandr Matsegora.
