North Phyongan Province has channeled big efforts into improving teachers’ abilities of the vocational technology colleges.

Shortly ago, the province organized intensive course for improving the abilities of teachers as the subjects of vocational technical colleges and training indices increased. The intensive course was divided into food and garment sectors and others.

The teachers of the vocational technical colleges have accumulated knowledge of relevant fields under the guidance of competent educators in the province at the provincial sci-tech library. They also directed big efforts to perfecting the lecture plan necessary for the education of new subjects while deepening the recognition of excellent teaching methods. They also looked round modernized units at a high level during the intensive course.

The intensive course served as an important occasion for teachers of the vocational technical colleges to acquire high qualifications and abilities to train more competent skilled workers who will shoulder the local industry.
