The 2024 national exhibition of sci-tech achievements in public health was held at the Grand People’s Study House in the DPRK from Nov. 1 to 10 under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Public Health.

Taking part in the exhibition were officials, scientists, technicians, three-revolution team members and others from ministries, national agencies, scientific and educational institutions, curative and preventive organs and medical supplies production units.

On display there were more than 2 300 scientific and technological achievements and nearly 2 000 kinds of medicines, medical appliances, health foods, sanitary goods and health information technology products.

The exhibition was divided into eight sectors including the fields of hygienic and anti-epidemics, Koryo medicine, pharmacy and basic medicine.

At the exhibition, there were a presentation on data on scientific and technological achievements made in improving the quality of medical service, an exchange of intellectual products and a virtual exhibition through the "Pogon (public health)" website of the state data network.

Diplomas, certificates and prizes were awarded to the successful units and participants.
