North Hamgyong Province of the DPRK directs efforts to strengthening its own building-materials production base so as to increase the output of various building materials needed for the rural housing construction.

The province built a large-capacity building-materials production base and has taken measures to ensure the supply of raw materials. And it is improving the technical skills of the employees and pushing ahead with developing new products and increasing production.

This results in increased variety and quality of building materials.
